He is survived by: his daughter Brenda; his son-in-law Gary Clift of Horatio, Arkansas; his sons, Johnny (Sheila Setliff), Jessie Setliff of Springdale and Jerry (Jennifer Setliff); his grandchildren, Johnny Dale Setliff of Ashdown, Hunter Setliff of Springdale, Arkansas, Kristy Richardson of Horatio and Lisa Clenney of Mt. Ida, Arkansas; his great grandchildren, Tessa, Taylor, Tori and Lexy; and his great great grandchildren, Daxton, Raylan, Hudsyn, Preston, Greyson and Creed.
