He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Cecil "Shorty" Casteel, Sr. and Louise "Sadie" Casteel; and his granddaughter Kelly Blake Casteel. He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Casteel; his sons, Heath (Sharon Casteel) and Doug (Sarah Casteel); his granddaughter Sydney Casteel of Conway, Arkansas; and his sisters, Judy (Dick Tallman) and Sharon (John Wolcott). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
