He is survived by: his wife Carol Fuller of Horseshoe Bend; his children, Arthur Fuller, Jr. of Litchfield, James Fuller (Stephanie) of Van Wert and Stephanie Dray of Van Wert, Ohio; and his siblings, Scott Fuller of Alton, Allan "Lee" Fuller (Dawn) of Beecher, Illinois, Joy Taylor (Fred) of Manteno, Sheila Fogerty (James) of Bedford Park and Gayle Fuller Blair of Horseshoe Bend. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
