He is survived by: his mother Tammy Fitzgerald Hope of Hoxie; his wife Rachal Frey; his sons, Braiden Frey of Kansas City, Kansas and Braxton Frey of Kansas City, Kansas; his siblings, James Fey (Jennifer) of Salem, Lil Chris Frey of Hoxie and Miranda Parris (Chris) of Swifton; his uncles, William "Kenny" Frey of Wirth, Fred Frey of Wirth and Gerald Patscheck of Wynne; his aunt Doreen Patscheck of Wynne; and his siblings' children, Shayaunna Quillman of Melbourne, Breanna Quillman of Melbourne, Shelbie Paige Slaughter of Horseshoe Bend, Hannah Frey of El Dorado, Dylan Quillman of Melbourne, Jordan Quillman of Melbourne, Waidlyn Trimmer of Salem, Deklyn Frey, Jaxton Frey of Salem, Ivan Frey of Michigan and Cooper Frey of Fayetteville. He is also survived by other relatives and many good friends.
