He was predeceased by : his parents, John Talmadge and Beauford Legg (Hendrick); and his siblings, Karl Legg, Benjamin Franklin Legg and Geraldine Locke.
He is survived by : his wife Sue Legg; his children, James Legg, Jr., Paige Bates, Samantha Malik (David Gonzales) and Jillian Romano (Luca); his stepchildren, Penny Scott and Travis Scott; his siblings, Donald Legg and Maedrue Driver (Charles); and his siblings-in-law, Donald Locke and Rosalee Legg. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; three great grandchildren.
