He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia Ann Wise; and his son Brian Scott Wise. He is survived by: his sons, Gregory Wise and Michael Wise; and his grandchildren, Christina, Justine, Licia and Christopher. He is also survived by his three great grandchildren.
No services are planned at this time as Jan chose to donate his body to science to further educational research.
