He was predeceased by: his father Travis Rains. He is survived by: his mother Barbara Gayle Hahne; his brother Danny Rains (Kim); and his nephews, Chase and Jacob Rains.
A graveside service was held on Monday, September 29th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Crittenden Memorial Park (2206 US-64, Marion, AR 72364).
In lieu of flowers, the family request that donations be made in Billy's honor to the Ronald McDonald House or the American Cancer Society.
