He was predeceased by: his parents, Andy Choate and Billie Choate; and his brother Gerald Choate. He is survived by: his wife Linda Choate; his children, Steven Choate of Yukon, OK and Anne Wallace (Richard) of Sand Springs, OK; and his grandson Luke Wallace.
