He was predeceased by : his parents, Wayne J. Whiley and Willa V. Whiley (Hooper). He is survived by : his uncle J. D. Hooper; and his siblings, Phyllis Crain (Junior), Phillip Whiley (Carol), Betty Ault (Russell), Mary Culpepper (Scott), Keith Whiley (Kat) and Kenny Whiley (Robin). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
