He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Milton and Emma Katherine Baldwin (McCrum); and his wife Jeanette Baldwin (Holroyd). He is survived by: his children, Laura Ann Stecher (Rodney), Wendy Diane Pearson (Randy) and Thomas William Baldwin (Kathy); and his grandchildren, Jason McVey, Eric McVey, James Pearson, Chris Pearson and Tyson Baldwin. He is also survived by great-grandchildren along with many nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family ask you to consider donations to be made in Howard's memory to the Hot Springs Community Band and/or St Jude's Hospital.
