It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Stanhope Mills of Hot Springs Village, Arkansas, who passed away on April 4, 2026, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Allen Mills and Mabel Ruth Stanhope Mills; and his wife Phyllis Joy Mills. He is survived by: his brothers, James William Mills and Jackie Allen Mills; his daughters, Kathryn Gail Bright, Ruth Ellen Engelbrecht (Edwin), Donna May Harkness (Jim) and Rebecca Joy Cloete (Chris); his grandchildren, Shannon Bright (Mandy), Rhonda Sanchez (Doug), Cameron Bright, Michelle Ferri (Steff), Clinton Engelbrecht (Wendy), Nickie Madden (Brian), Sean Engelbrecht (Misty), Susan Straube (Jimmy) and Thomas Cloete (Rebecca); his daughter Deidre Annadale; his great grandchildren, Eryn and Tayla; and his grandchildren, Chantelle Bright, Gabriel Ferri, Jaydon, Daniel Engelbrecht, Aiden Williams, Mackenzie Madden, Carter Engelbrecht, Caitlyn, Mikkel Straube, Oliver and Emily Cloete Young.
