He was predeceased by: his parents, Mathew Stephens and Harry Stephens; and his brother John Stephens. He is survived by: his wife Elaine; his sisters, Marsha Shilman and Sandra Everett; his children, Elizabeth, Greg, Cynthia, Mark and Christopher; and his stepchildren, Karen, Jay and Dana. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
