He is survived by : his spouse Lexie Curtis; his children, Matt Curtis, Sarah Curtis of Hot Springs and Chris Reed of Grandville, Michigan; and his siblings, Jim Curtis of Thompsonville, Michigan, Pat Curtis of Grand Rapids, Michigan, Mike Curtis of Clearwater, Florida and Catherine Curtis of New Mexico. He is also survived by 4 Grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
