She was predeceased by : her parents, Donald Elisha Spiva and Zelma Julia Braziel Spiva; her husband Charles Thomason; and her brother James Spiva. She is survived by : her son Wayne; her daughter-in-law Kelly Thomason; her granddaughter Amanda (Kenny Cates); and her siblings, Judy McKinney and David Glen Spiva. She is also survived by several nieces, one nephew, cousins, extended family.
