He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Lee and Esther Strohl Bernard; and his grandparents, Richards and Milbro Strohl. He is survived by: his wife Linda Bernard; his daughters, Rebecca Klar (Richard) and Nancy Gambill (David); and his granddaughters, Alexandra Goetz (Jacob), Carolyn Klar and Alison Gambill.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorial donations be made to Boy Scouts of America or the Garland County Library.
