With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Benito Rico-Romero of Hot Springs, Arkansas, who passed away on October 13, 2025 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Benito is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. He was predeceased by: his wife Seferina Rico-Hernandez. He is survived by: his children, Enrique Rico-Hernandez (Eustolia Rico-Arellano), Federico Rico-Hernandez (Angela Lopez-Rico), Ana Rico-Hernandez (Anastasio Lopez-Fernandez), Maria Consepsion Rico (Armando Franco) and Santa Isabele Rico-Hernandez. He is also survived by twenty grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Smith Family Funeral Home - Hot Springs (2205 Airport Rd, Hot Springs, AR 71913). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the same location.
