He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Ezell and Mary LaRue Ezell; and his sisters, Royce Dean McClain and Reba Purifoy. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Golden Ezell of Hot Springs; his children, Kasey Card (Peyton) of Little Rock, Robbie Ezell (Lisa) of Arkadelphia, James Ezell (Donna) of Conway and Jared Moore (Abby) of Caddo Gap; his brother Johnny Ezell (Joyce) of Camden; his aunt Judy; his uncle Bobby Bishop of Wright City, OK; and his grandchildren, Sarah Beth Eads, Rebecca Carter, Hunter Ezell, Scott Ezell, Brennan Williams, Bradley Williams, Alyssa Moore, Jesse Moore, Wesley Moore, Will Moore, Caroline Card and Millie Card. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
