He is survived by: his wife Margie Lackey; his children, Conni Carey (Tony) and Lori Dawson (Eric); his siblings, Kathy Burks (Mike) and Jerry Lackey (Tami); his grandchildren, Justin, Jessica, Jami Carey and Nathaniel Dawson; and his great grandchildren, Chanel Marin, Jeremiah Carey and Aspen Spell.
