He is survived by: his children, Debbie Black and Terry Black; his grandchildren, Stephanie Smith (Justy), Johnathan Johnston (Ashley) and Kelli Palmer; and his great grandchildren, Easton Smith, Eli Smith, Indi Palmer, Lincoln Palmer, Owen Johnston and Porter Johnston.
