She is survived by: her husband Philip Clay; her children, Kimberly of Denver, CO, Adam of Columbus, OH and Abigail of Royal, AR; her brother Eric; and her sister-in-law Lynda Jackson of Hot Springs. She is also survived by seven grandchildren.
