He is survived by: his wife Juanita Utt; his children, Freddie Utt Branch (Elena), Charles Utt Jr. (Martha), Sean Utt (Theresa), Tiffany O'Neal (Thomas) and Tara Garces (Carlos); his grandchildren, Edgar Cassidy, Brianna Hoffman (Paul), Joshua Cassidy (Greyson), Joseph O'Neal Jr. (Candace), Chyanne Brown Utt, Freddie Utt II, Landon Vanhorn (Zy), Caleb Cassidy (Bailee), Justin Vanhorn, Jared Utt, Kayden Vanhorn and Gabriel Mayer; and his great grandchildren, Scarlett Hoffman, J. B. O'Neal and Waylon Hoffman.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 17th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Smith Family Funeral Home - Hot Springs (2205 Airport Rd, Hot Springs, AR 71913). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, November 18th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
