He is survived by: his wife Mary Threlkeld; his children, Terri Wayman (Gary), Rodney Stark, Russell Stark, Darren Threlkeld (Mary), Mark Threlkeld, Jeff Threlkeld and Chris Threlkeld; and his sister Pauline Hutchinson.
