He is survived by: his close friend Ruth Burke (Madeline) of Hot Springs, AR; his children, Tom Janicek of Kimball, NE, Barbara Janicek of Evanston, WY, Jennifer Simpson (Thomas) of Ray, ND and Jill Janicek of Gilbert, AZ; and his brother Duane Janicek (Fran) of Kimball, NE.. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
