It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dick Deviney of Hot Springs, Arkansas, born in Pine Bluff, Arkansas, who passed away on August 13, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ross Deviney and Bonnie Dickson Deviney. He is survived by: his wife Karen Phillips; his children, Samantha Millard (Michael) and Rick Deviney (Kimberly); his grandchildren, Miles, Grace Anne, Emma Millard, Olivia, Lily and Charlie Deviney; and his sisters, Patricia Eaton and Virginia Griffith.
