Meitzler (Derk); his grandchildren, Michael Meitzler and Mackenzie Meitzler; his wife Mimi; his children, Michael Minns (Michelle), Cathy Minns Christiansen (James), Mitzi Minns Snell (Thomas) and Myles Richard Minns (Kathy); and his grandchildren, Mike Minns (Katherine), Tamara Snell (Dane Adams), Tara Snell McDonald (James), Samantha Minns and Jourdan (Elizabeth).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Planned Parenthood, The Trevor Project, any, organization that funds good medical research for women's reproductive health, dementia or Alzheimer's, or any organization that supports traditional Dixieland jazz.
