She was predeceased by: her parents, W. W. Jack New and Esther Adams; and her siblings, John New, Buddy New and Shirley McConnell.
She is survived by: her significant other Cecil Bishop; her children, Micheal Riley (Carrie), Nancy Seaton, Greg Bishop (Dee), Andy Bishop and Kim "Missy" Bishop; her grandchildren, Renee Moore (Parker), Katelyn Overton, Colton Riley, Gabby Riley, Kristian Lacy (Max), William Pate, Victoria Beck, Stephani Davis (Mark), Amie Bishop, April Mowery (Charlie), Brittani Chandler (Chris) and Bridgett Collins (Ron); and her sister Becky Ellis (Darey). She is also survived by children when she married.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Gross Funeral Home (120 Wrights St, Hot Springs, AR 71913). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
