Though James Arthur may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those James Arthur touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his father Phillip Jean Moore; his wife Patricia Ann Sams-Moore; and his children, Deadra Moore and John Moore. He is survived by: his brother Neal Moore (Feye) of Lake Charles, Louisiana; his grandson Jonathan Moore of Georgia; his friend Doris Thompson of Hot Springs; and his brother Andre Jackson (Rosa) of Hot Springs. He is also survived by children, his in-laws, his lifelong family.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Carrigan Memorial Funeral Service (336 E Grand Ave, Hot Springs, AR 71901). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Hollywood Cemetery (303 Hollywood Ave, Hot Springs, AR 71901).
