He is survived by: his mother Diane Cottingham of Jonesboro, Arkansas.; his brother Michael Cottingham of Jonesboro; his aunt Sally Cottingham Graves of Little Rock; his nephew James "Joc" Cottingham of Jonesboro; and his great-nephews, Aiden Cottingham and Nolan Cottingham.
