He was predeceased by: his parents, James Holt and Irene Holt; and his son Mitchell "Mitch" Holt. He is survived by: his son Todd Holt (Ashlee); his granddaughter Kennedy Holt; his brother Graham Holt (Julie); his nephews, Jeff and Jayme Holt; and his close friend Sheila Holt.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 25th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Caruth-Hale Funeral Home (155 Section Line Rd, Hot Springs, AR 71913).
