She is survived by: her children, William Gade, Olivia Kucharzyk, Michael Gade and Janet Malone; her grandchildren, Jason Gade, Shawn Gade, Delbert Colvin, Carla Colvin, Brian Colvin, Nicolas Gade, Ava Gade, Andrew Gade and Samantha Malone; and her great grandchild Harrison Colvin.
