He is survived by: his children, Larry Bissell (Carolyn) of Hot Springs, Debora Sharp (Stan) of Hot Springs, April Miller (Vince) of Hot Springs and Janet Bissell (Chris Emrick) of Hot Springs; his sister-in-law Margaret Knight of Warren, IN.; and his grandchildren, Manessa Martinez (Michael) of Hot Springs, Sarah Minyard of Hot Springs, Tim Bissell (Erin) of Hot Springs, Caitlyn Hamel of Hot Springs, William Miller of Hot Springs, Jeremy Miller (Sydney Kelliher) of Hot Springs, Renea (Kenny) of Hot Springs, Chrisman of Hot Springs, David Outler of Hot Springs, Patricia Outler of Austin, AR., Charissa George (David Donaldson) of Vian, OK., Christopher Emerick and Ashely Emrick of Oklahoma City, OK.. He is also survived by 25 great grandchildren, 4 great-great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
