He is survived by: his daughter Julia Meadows (Kyle); his brothers, Mike Meadows (Debbie) and Rusty Meadows (Nancy); his stepmother Elaine Meadows; his stepsisters, Laura Jones (Rocky) and Kathy Genry (Scott); and his pets, Layla and Duke. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
