She is survived by: her husband William Jerry Knighten of Pearcy, Arkansas; her children, Chad Knighten and Stephanie Newman (Jason); her sisters, Danita Bever, Esther Pittman (Ras), Mary Barrentine (Larry) and Marty Parker (Bob); and her grandchildren, Taylor Kara, Matthew Kara, Hannah Kara, Alec Newman, Avery Newman, Adam Newman, Anderson Newman and Orion Knighten.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Smith Family Funeral Home - Hot Springs (2205 Airport Rd, Hot Springs, AR 71913). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
