She was predeceased by: her parents, William Lewis Summerville and Elvera Lou Summerville; and her husband Andre Wesley. She is survived by: her children, Aundrea Whitaker Crary (Chris) and Rodney Whitaker; her grandchildren, Aubri Whitaker, Tyler Whitaker (Justine), Shontaria Whitaker and Stephanie Crary Long (Anthony); her great grandchildren, Sydney Ellis and Marcelus Whitaker; and her siblings, Bill Allen, Alfred Summerville, Peggy Summerville, Charlotte Dorhan, Zoereta Fitzpatrick, Travis Summerville, Annetta Summerville Gilbert (Lewis), Janice Anderson and Jackie Roberson. She is also survived by family was as big a part of her family as her blood relatives.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the building fund of Union Baptist Missionary Church in Judy's memory.
