She is survived by: her husband Donnie Tate of Hot Springs, Arkansas; her mother Corine Varnell of Denton, Texas; her sons, Donnie Tate Jr. (Kim) of Hot Springs and Chris Tate (Carolyn) of Hot Springs; and her sister Patsy Kelsy of Denton, Texas.. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members, and a host of dear friends.
