He was predeceased by : his parents Karsten Waldemar and Dorothea R. Offenstien; his sister Linda Cox; his nephews, Mark Klump and Lorne Clark; his mother-in-law Helen Whitley; and his brothers-in-law, Danny Whitley, Sonny Rice and Dean Clark.
He is survived by : his wife Patsy; his children Jennifer, Melissa and Matthew Tonseth, his grandchildren, Ian Cole, Emma Cole, Caitlyn Tonseth, Owen Tonseth and Bryson Tonseth; and his siblings, Ralph Tonseth (Carol) of California, Phil Tonseth of Arizona, Brian Tonseth (Teresa) of California and Patricia Tatum of California.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Rock Steady Boxing First Baptist Church Hot Springs.
