He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Clark and Nettie Clark; and his sister Terri Szekely. He is survived by: his son Rodney Cummins (Michelle); his grandsons, Blake Cummins of Hot Springs, Steven Cummins of Hot Springs and Austin Womack of Hot Springs; his siblings, Rick Clark (Dianne) and Cherri Rafferty (James) of Michigan; and his close friends, Roger Philyaw and Steve Zellner (Angel Walker). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
