She is survived by: her daughter Tammy Kay Layman (David) of San Antonio, TX; her brother Gary Frizzell (Regina) of Missouri; and her grandsons, Elijah Thomas Layman, Christopher Payton McGehee and Samuel Grayson Layman.

A funeral service was held on Sunday, September 13th 2026 at the First Baptist Church (200 E Waterman St, Dumas, AR 71639). A graveside service was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Best Cemetery.
