He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Athetis and Mary Athetis; his wife Ginger Athetis; and his nephew Andrew Athetis IV. He is survived by: his daughter Alyx Thompson (Tucker Thompson); his brother Andrew Athetis III (Gina Athetis); his niece Elizabeth Parker (Andrew Parker); and his caregiver Donna Lines. He is also survived by family members and friends.
