She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Helen Cook (Williamson) and Hyram Dale Cook; and her sister-in-law Charlotte Cooley Anthony. She is survived by: her boyfriend Eldon Dickey Cooley; her children, Melissa Caldwell (Bobby) and Chris Cooley (Cristy); her grandchildren, Catherine Thornton (Blake), Caroline Caldwell, Jacob and Emma Grace Cooley; her brother-in-law Mark Anthony; her nieces, Amy Anthony McQueen and Lori Durham Abele; her nephew Will Anthony (Danielle); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Charlee Anthony, Mary Claire, Cora Abele, Colin and Jack McQueen. She is also survived by numerous other extended family members and friends.
