She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, James Herman and Annie Crain Parnell; her husband Dr. Bill H. Owen; her sister Betty Parnell; her children, Bill H. Owen, Jr. (Angie) of Austin, TX and Betty Ann Sample (Bill) of Hot Springs; and her granddaughters, Cleta Hardy (Rick) and Brandi Jackson (Maurice). She was also cherished by three great-granddaughters and two great-great-grandchildren.
The family requests memorial contributions be made to Village United Methodist Church, 200 Carmona Drive, Hot Springs Village, AR 71909.
