He is survived by: his wife Kay Lisemby Waymack; his daughters, Lorri Dunn and Laura Hardy (Bo); his stepmother Geneva Waymack; his siblings, Kim Erwin Louks (David) and Rusty Waymack (Regina); his grandchildren, Sunni Dunn Hurst, Ross Dunn, Jackson Dunn, Susie Dunn, Tripp Hardy and Evie Beth Hardy; his great grandchild Elliott Hurst; and his niece Shaina Erwin.
