She is survived by: her husband Dwayne Kukovich; her sisters, Donna Bailey of Pittsburg, KS, Patricia Savage of Ames, IA and Vickie Meyers of Pittsburg, KS; and her stepsons, Aaron Kukovich of Carthage, MO and Kevin Kukovich of Carthage, MO. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
