He was predeceased by: his wife Joyce Bonde (Haring); his parents, Henry Bonde and Rachel Bonde; his in-laws, Clarence and Clara Haring; his brother Dr. Roger Bonde; his siblings-in-law, Wesley Haring, Dwayne Lambert, Kenneth Frerichs, Melberta Lambert and Jonnie Haring; his nephew Charles Haring; and his grandson Caleb Bonde.
He is survived by: his sister Elizabeth Wilhite; his siblings-in-law, Dallas Haring, Charleen Frerichs (Haring), Jolean Haring (Dallmann) and Adele Bonde; his children, Cindy, Tom Johnson, Nathan, Tonya Bonde, Dr. Cornell, Lisa Bonde, Adam, Dr. Haili Kreifels (Bonde), Dr. Ryan and Micah Roth (Bonde); his grandchild Poppy Johnson; his children, Wade, Ashley Johnson, Chase, Ginger Johnson, Vanessa (Bonde), Alan Hyde, Jonathan, April Bonde, James, Thomas, Joshua Bonde, Zoe, Raima, Isaiah, Hannah Kreifels, Annie and Cameron Roth; his great grandchildren, Devin, Olivia, Elle, Herbert, Theo and Franklin Johnson; and his grandchildren, Carmen, Angelo, Alonzo, Oriana Martinez, Caden, Callie, Luke Hyde, Jason, Nolan and Gavin Bonde. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
