He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Henry Fields and Bonnie Bell Fields; and his siblings, Foncell Powell, Janie Proctor and Deann Cody.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Fields; his son Patrick; and his daughter-in-law Ashley.
