He is survived by: his wife Tammy Koch (Raith); his sons, Christopher Koch, Michael Koch (Chelsea) and Daniel Koch (Summer); his granddaughter Genevieve Koch; his siblings, Donna Culver, Mark Koch (Janie), Paul Koch (Lynne) and Rose Palsgaard (Eric); his father-in-law Leo Raith; and his brother-in-law David Raith. He is also survived by many cousins, nephews and nieces and countless cherished friends.
