She was predeceased by : her parents, Vernia Nell and J. W. Franks; and her husband Ronnie Formby. She is survived by : her children, Deanna Ferguson (Rick) of Little Rock and Ronnie Formby (Dee Anna) of Hot Springs; her sisters, Peggy Munson (Bruce) of Little Rock and Betsy Bramlett (Dave) of Hope; her sister-in-law Robyn Blasingame (Ronnie) of Maumelle; her grandchildren, Randi McLemore (Jacob), Taylor, Brock Ferguson (Kate), Jack, Claire, Ally, Abby Ferguson, Ronni Colleen and Winnifred Formby; and her great grandchildren, Sicilia and Ford Ferguson.

A memorial service was held on Saturday, September 23rd 2023 at 11:00 AM at the First United Methodist Church (1100 Central Ave, Hot Springs, AR 71901).
