He was predeceased by: his parents, Angelo J. Fosco and Rosemary Bray. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Fosco; his children, Peter A. Fosco and Julie (Robert Stringer); his siblings, Paul (Dee Dee Fosco) and Marycarm (Terry Healy); and his grandchildren, Michelle, Lars Sampson, Melissa Stringer, Paul Fosco, Megan Fosco, Alexandra, Austin Coke and Dominic Fosco. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and godchildren.

Visitation was held on Friday, November 7th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Smith Family Funeral Home - Hot Springs (2205 Airport Rd, Hot Springs, AR 71913). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 7th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the same location.
