He was predeceased by: his father Rev. Willie Lee Plummer. He is survived by: his wife Marlo of Hot Springs; his children, DaNeitra Franklin, D'Essence Grant, Katelynn Plummer, Keoina Plummer and Rotora Plummer; his grandchildren, Ian Anderson, A'yonna Foote and Aiden Foote; his mother Rosie Lee Plummer of Hot Springs; and his siblings, Wanda Willis (Arthur Lee), Alma Parker (Willie), Elic Plummer, JoAnn Graham, Minnie Eichelberger (Pastor Gregory) and Willie Plummer, Jr.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
