He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Alexander and Nova Jean Foster Draper; his daughter Pamela Jean Draper; and his brothers, David Draper, Clyde Draper and Donald Draper.

He is survived by: his wife Mary Draper; and his sisters, Becky Hughes (Darrell) of Donaldson and Barbara Draper of Sheridan. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
